   I was looking at the NGPC price guide, and I noticed that a few of the NEOP#s are blank for every region. I'm assuming that these are therefore unreleased games.
   
   So, does anyone have any info on any unreleased NGPC games? Was there to be a MS 3rd Mission, or anything else of interest?

   It might be cancelled translations, like how uk got english versions of cotton, but we didnt get the game in the states.
