Hi Since i got some time,i checked youtube for some nice videos and found something about biohazard 4.No idea wich version it is,but for me it looks strange,cause there are some menu options ive never seen before. take a look and tell me what you guys think about it:
lol,the version you called E3 build is a hacked trial with debug unlocked and doesnt got these 2 options on the menu like the version on the video
This came up a while ago, as far as i can recall Kendo didn't share it, there was even questions raised whether it was genuine or a hack using the demo and final retail games to mesh something together (at least i think it was this version that raised those questions). oh.thanks for the link.maybe i am stupid but it seems its not the same build.the menu is a different one than the one from the video :hororr:
The language flag on the video you posted is set to JPN so the in-game menus appear as Japanese, on the link i posted the flag is set to USA so they're English, it's the same build.
hm...i dont think its the same..look at leons menu,the last 2 options on the right.they arent the same like on the link you gave me.see that?so its definetly a different build
Then it's this one - http://resident-evil-beta.de/re4publicbeta1.hmtl Now i remember, this has the same menu as the Japanese Famitsu Trial and only plays up to a certain point, that's where the suspicion it was a hack attempt to combine the trial and retail into something came frome.
yes,thats the version but it dosent got the same menu like the famitsu trial....2 differences on the right corner at leons menu..never seen these flashing options before
It is the same menu, if you translate the text it tells you the last 2 option buttons are highlighted simultaneously on this version because it's bugged up and using either of them crashes it. This weirdness was one of the things that made people suspicious because those 2 buttons are present in the Famitsu trial but got taken out of the final retail, so merging the two together could possibly produce something like that.
