   Are you sure it's not Turok: Evolution, assembler? If you can, please post pictures (once you can), so we can see if it was a unreleased game or not.

   I think it was supposed to be like what Zelda and the four swords where you could use the GBA game and the GC along side of each other but with Turok Evolution.
