Here is some of my crap for sale! Open to all offers, my set prices are suggestions. I ship everywhere and accept PayPal. Perhaps more things to come!

Working Japanese Toshiba COLOR Notebook Computer
    (486DX/33mhz, 16MiB RAM (8Mb removeable, VERY NIFTY!)

Sadly there is NO Hard drive/caddy! Comes with original PSU, 28.8k PCMCIA modem and dongle-less PCMCIA Ethernet card. Floppy is a bit tempermental but works just fine. Will include a bonus laptop floppy drive which I think can be fitted into this notebook. ASKING for $20 + s/h to partially compensate for me buying all this crap :\

Linksys ethernet & unmarked 56k Modem.
Both are PCI and working... $10? Pleeeaase

BROKEN PC-Engine DUO, CD-ROM has issues! HuCards play just fine though.. The console itself is in horrid condition (bought from Hong Kong.. cough) this is best for parts only! It comes completely
loose, so loose its screwless. Offers anyone? Do I hear $60? (What I'm out for it.. hah)

Working Super Nintendo. The console is completely loose, I got this recently off a friend, its got a few scratches but if someone's interested, I can see what I can do to restore condition. $10? $15?

Working boxed Japanese Mega Drive (1). Its boxed, its working... Good condition, not mint but definately not bad. It is an authentic Mega Drive, not the all popular Asian region so.. um cheers to that. It comes with an original controller, composite cable and a bootleg Mega Drive AC adapter that looks officialish. The console's flaw is it's tempermental AV port, sometimes it refuses to give a picture... I'm not sure whats up with it. I can look into this if someones interested. $35, $40? Whats it worth to you?

Japanese (not Asian!) Mega Drive games:
Both complete, near-mint/mint depending on your scale. Manuals have slight creases etc...

$10 Alex Kidd "in the Enchanted Castle"
    $10 Osomatsu Kun Hachamecha Gekijou

or $15 for both! (Both are launch games.)

Bump and pictures available on request.

  3. I've a definate interest in the SNES (Pal? NTSC?) and would like a pic of it, and could I also get a pic of the Duo? I'm a little dense as I just got up, so were you really serious about the $60?

Sure, I'll get pics tommarow, what can I say its just a SNES :) Also forgot to add it is NTSC (thus requires an official SNES power supply.) Unfortunately I am serious about the DUO, everything is as its said. Please make an offer if you're teetering on interest.

  5. As much as I'd love a Duo, from the condition you described it in, I think I'll just hold out for one off of eBay or something... one day.

However, being that your SNES is NTSC (I'm in the US, by the by) I'm even more interested in that. I'm sure I've got a power supply lying around. Any controllers with it? They are fairly common here, but I thought I'd ask. Only thing that will really turn me off is if it's that ugly yellowed color like so many of the SNES units I see in Gamestop and such.

The controller ports of the system appear to be in the process of yellowing, but when I rub it with alcohol it’s coming off... Other than that there is a magic marker line near the Reset button which I think I can take off. If you want I can clean the console thoroughly inside and out, clean the contacts etc. Just until earlier this year I had a replacement front controller port that I could have exchanged these with.

Also sorry, no controllers. If you don't like Nintendo's proprietary connector you can replace it with a standard jack from a Genesis/NES or whatever you can gut too. I'd offer to do this but I don't have any connectors I can part with.

    Added: Super Famicom System
NTSC, good condition, no yellowing. Comes with 1 original SFC (short ass) controller and original composite (3 RCA) cable. Sorry, the console is boxless and does not contain a power supply. Its only flaw is a bizzare circular scratching above the Nintendo logo, it appears to be a smudge until you look at it in at a different angle. I overpaid $50, any offers? I'd like at least $30, I think its worth that.

And about the DUO, make me an offer thats reasonable to you, $30 would be considered even. I bought a like-new broken DUO in Japan for $10 so one sort of makes up for the other :) Another thing to consider with the DUO is it uses an impossible to get really fat connector for its power supply. Also forgot to mention it is missing its HuCard slot cover! XD this is really messed :\

  9. Alright, strike the SNES - I am down for that Super Famicom, and I'll give you $35 plus shipping for it. I'd been looking into a Nintendo 16-bit and preferred a SFC, but wasn't going to pass up your SNES offer, but now that you're offering this, I can't resist.

As for the Duo, I'm really torn. I'd love a Duo, but it sounds like that one is in rather sad shape. Nevertheless, I can snag the SFC from you now and the Duo, if you still have it, when tax returns come in (funds getting a bit short) - I'll see what sort of working shape I could get it in, but it's not a high priority with that SFC.

Alright, I'll clean the SFC up, take pics, and contact you when I get home.

    Added:
    Genesis System (1st model)
Fully working, loose, good condition. Modified for Japanese game use. $15

    Genesis System #2 (1st model)
Fully working, loose, good condition. $15

If buyer wants I can throw in the Mega Drive's working but dangerous looking 3rd-party/bootleg power supply. It clearly states that its 220v but it works great in my 120 something volt household, it outputs a steady 14v, high but nothing the Genesis can't regulate.

odd, I also have a 3rd party MD PSU and I was startled to discover it outputs 14v! My MD, SNES backup unit, MCD and GameGear all work with it though...

Yup, after 10 years it seems all adapters output up to 50% more. At about 18v or so, thats when the average 7805 voltage regulator (inside all consoles) starts burning up.

I have another few things to add:
    God aweful Famicom case
This is a thing to see, I presume it was made to hold your Famicom and a few games, or a FDS and a bunch of disks. Its in horrid condition, it has rust and other crap. I'd love to get rid of this thing sitting in my room. Pics available on request. Its rare indeed but its so ugly, and it was free. $10. I really don't want to ship this seperately though, please buy something with it :)

I'm also considering selling my complete Mega Drive 2 that I acquired today, I was told it was new, its very not.

    Emulator Z for PSX
Some shoddy emulator for GB, GG, SMS and PCE (or so it claims)
You can burn "ROM"s to a CD and play them on your PSX with this. Please not that this is the shittiest HK device I've ever seen. It runs monochrome GB games quite well, although slowly and without sound. GG/SMS hardly work and I haven't gotten a PCE game to load at all. Its like new, has some wear from sitting on my floor for 2-3 years. $6

FFE Super Magicom SMS-3201 SFC/SNES "backup device"
This is one of the first SNES backup devices or copiers. The unit is loose and in really bad condition, bad for collectors, great for enthusiasts. It contains no RAM so that you may keep your intentions legal :p This can be used to backup LoROM (~75% of all Japanese titles, 85%+ of US) games (and with some modification HiROM games too!) straight to your computer to so you can play games on emulators legally. Offers?

bump, everything for $150? Some people have shown interest in many items but no one has been serious.

  20. Ack, sorry Kyuusaku, I kept forgetting to get back to you. I'm going to have to skip on the SFC for now, mainly on accounts of funds being low, but also because I found a budget SNES, and with a little work with some pliers I had my import solution right there. I just thought I should let you know the situation so you didn't think I just flaked out on you.

However, if you haven't sold it by the time I have a steady cashflow, I'd consider seeing how bad this PCE Duo really is... But yeah, sorry for not contacting you sooner. :smt009
