nice, where did you get that pc desk from? i need a new one myself, also your shelfs can hold a lot of stuff, i don't have a lot of room in my apartment so i can't have very big shelfs.

why not? theyre limited, mint in box and i got them at a cheap price (They uncovered a cache of 100 MIB Virtual boys in dubai and sold them off very cheap)

 

thanks man. im pretty OCD with my stuff. its pretty hard to collect retro stuff but i found some amazing things in Kuwait when i went there such as:

I couldn't help smiling at the Cubes in that shop with PS2 stands under them. This is not what nature intended

Looks like a great place, though. Spotted a Super Wildcard in there, and also some weird NES consoles. Judging by their size the latter must be clones, I'm guessing? Wonder if they're 72pin.

Nice game room, anyway. Where did the supergun come from?

 

well spotted They are the CS 1.5's - great speakers to have. i run those as the fronts, infinity cascade centre and infinity modulus rears - its a great sounding setup without being unaffordable.

 

some are clones for sure..you have to be careful - the good thing is you can test everything there and make sure it works. i gave them a test, they had no Neo Geo's - i said to them "Get me one" 24 hours later i got the call, working NEO AES with arcade stick...its a great place.

 

Sorry, the supergun i bought on the weekend from a guy in Abu Dhabi - i found him online and he had 4 superguns for sale (3 x MAS Supernova) and a Sigma AV-7000 - the problem is the latter i know is very expensive.

He also had around 8 Cave PCB's, ive taken 4 from him so far...those arent cheap either as you can imagine..

In terms of Dubai retro shops good luck - i have one contact at Geekay games and he let me raid their warehouse in Al Quoz - it had loads of stuff but i bought most of it. Dubai has a terrible retro scene im afraid...

Wish I saw a shop like that here in Australia. With just cabinets full of Retro stock.. Early 2000s there were plenty of stores I could go to, now.. there is 1.

Is there more than one place in Dubai?
