Updating to BLv3,Rev 2 ED64t,Blue Bar Frozen during write?

    Just got Ver 2 ED64 (NTSC CIC)today.Put OS 1.22 & BLv3 on Newly Formatted 4GB SDHC Card.Powered up went to blv3,hit start then Yes of course.Blue progress bar WAS swirling/moving.Now has stopped for last few Mins.
    Any Help/Info GREATLY Appreciated.Really wanting to give this $117. ED Cart a test drive.

    Can you tell me where to get the BLv3 and I'll try it on my ED64 v2 to see if I have the same problem? Might be able to find something out.

    Get it @ Stoneagegamer's new Site (www.everdrive.us)in Downloads it is named ed64_blv3.zip. But just now could not get to downloads on his new site.Could Email it to u if u want.

    Turns out my bootloader was already up to date. To get the OS and firmware I used, type "ED64" into google search and click the first link. Scroll down to the download section. Get # 1.22 from the "OS update" section. Then go to the "firmware update" section. Get the one with the # 1.15 in title. These firmware and OS files are up to date and work for me. No need for the boot loader update on them.

    Yeah i knew all that,got those files,but seemed like it was supposed to be first thing to do.Well guess it would have if it had finished.Can't do NOTHING now,will not boot.Stoneagegamer thinks will have to replace.

    Such a shame. Tried formatting SD card and re-loading the files?

    cart will not boot after crash while bootloader update, so need to replace the cart

    Is there no JTAG Option @ EDV2 like V1?

    no, cuz it is flash bios data and not FPGA firmware

    Yep,already received Return Shipping Label! Gonna replace it with one that is already on Blv3.Thanks! Stoneagegamer & Krikzz were ALL OVER THIS! Never had such GREAT SUPPORT & FAST Replies.I will always buy ALL retro i can from Stoneagamerr/Krikzz.I LOVE this stuff!
    BTW: I also have (or @ least My Daughter's suppose to still have) a "Mr Backup","Z Backup" that set on top of N64 & Used Zip discs to load Games.I updated Bios & stuck a Laptop HD in there. :encouragement: Gotta do my sig & list all i have i guess.
