Lo fellas Basically a RL m8 is off to Germany tomorrow morning (5am) for the weekend to Saint Wendel and needs to get internet access to download stuff for work. Unfortunately he doesn't speak or read german and has the IT skills of someone who not only has no skills, but is somewhat subzero ... On the plus side his laptop has a built in modem for dialup, RJ45 for ethernet and wireless for ... wireless I'm just wondering if anyone knows of the area or ISP's in the area which would be able to give him temporary internet access or maybe some kind of hotspot (as the Germans are more ahead of us with the net) which isn't too difficult to get access to without raking him over the coals in fees. t-mobile hotspots use t-mobile hotspots, they are all over the place. Complete directory is here: http://www.t-mobile.de/hotspot/locator/0,10620,15520-_,00.html?WT.svl=100 theres several in the area oberthal. just issue a search and you ll get the names of the locations. tubo
