US Gaming Mags - early 90s to 2000s

Hello all.. I am cleaning house (literally) and am ready to get rid of my collection of gaming magazines.

I have hundreds from 1990 to roughly 2000-2002. EGM, EGM2, GamePro GameFan, etc. Most are mint, some with additional posters and stuff.

I've just flipped through a few old EGMs and GameFans. Brought back some great memories (reviews and photos of the 'new' SNES, Genesis, Japan-only games, SNES CD, etc.) Anyone interested? I will post pictures mid-week.

-Gamefan lot (35 or so issues): $120

Individual magazines not part of a larger quantity:
-Electronic Games (5 or so issues): $2 each
-Ultimate Gamer: $2 each (even worth it?)
-Official U.S. PlayStation Magazine: $3 each
-Game Players: $2 each

Depending on your location I might be interested. Shipping that many mags would cost a small fortune. However if you live within say a few hundred miles or so we may be able to work something out. Let me know. Thanks! :thumbsup:

I am in Toronto, so a little bit more than a few hundred KM. Not too sure what the shipping would cost yet, but the boxes weigh a ton

I will be at my parents' house (where the mags are located) on Thursday, so I will take plenty of pics of the bunch and post 'em the same night. I couldn't take them home last night because I don't have enough trunk space, but Thursday I'll be able to begin the process of selling them.

Look forward to a small gallery for each series (EGM, GameFan, etc.). I'll give details then as to the weight as well.

I am interested in mags with Treasure related content. Reviews, interviews etc. Live in Sweden so the hole pile would be too expencive...

 

Okay, I've finally managed to go through the pile and snap some pics.

In the following links you'll see a ton of Gamefan, EGM, EGM2 and Gamepro mags. Most of the mags are mint, with a few exceptions (notably the Gamepros, as keeping them stacked in a huge pile given the way they're binded only causes problems). I've yet to sort by date, but I've at least included an image of the Gamefan spines. Most of the mags (Gamepro, for example) are from 1992 to 2000. Also, some random magazines (1995, '98 and '99 'buyer's guide', PSX magazine, etc..) and posters / strategy guides.

There's a nice article on the Net Yaroze in the yellow NEXT issue, and some stuff regarding the Nintendo CD-ROM (in more than one, but I've only taken a pic of the first magazine that appeared with the SNES CD-ROM on the cover). You'll also see some funky adverts in a few old Chinese mags selling game copiers from Bung and such. Love it!

Oh, and the Ferrari kit car is also for sale. Any takers?

Ryan, I only have one NEXT unfortunately Was never too interested in that mag, though the Net Yaroze special got me made me pick it up.

Regarding price for EGMs or the others, just throw some figures at me. I really don't know what to expect so I'm open to negotiate. $3 / mag depending on condition? Throw a number at me if someone wants a particular bundle, like the EGMs.

 

I'm no mod, but forum rules state you need a set price for all items you're selling.
