    [SOLD][US] Panasonic FZ-EM256 3DO Memory Unit (CIB/Excellent!)

    ** SOLD **

    Hello all.

Up for sale is my Panasonic FZ-EM256 Memory Unit for use with Panasonic 3DO systems. This item was only released in Japan and is rather hard to acquire in this condition (CIB/Excellent). First some info will follow for those that might not be aware of this peripheral.

3DO systems came with 32 KB of internal storage space for game saves and the like. As any owner of a 3DO can tell you, this small allotment can really does put a damper on your gaming, especially when you don't want to delete some of your old game save files. The FZ-EM256 adds 256 KB of additional storage space - more than enough to keep any avid 3DO gamer happy. Using it is a snap - simply plug the FZ-EM256 unit directly into the Expansion I/O port of the 3DO, pop in the accompanying CD and fire up your 3DO. You are presented with an easy to use Memory Manager application to manage your various game save files. Another great feature of the FZ-EM256 is that it is region free and works with the any 3DO system with the Expansion I/O port. Menus are displayed in the respective language (English or Japanese) of your 3DO.

This peripheral is in excellent condition - I do not believe the CD had ever been used prior to me testing it when I first acquired this (not one scratch whatsoever!). The instructions are crisp and the packaging is complete. There are no tears at all and all the flaps are intact. There is some slight discoloration on the box front (top left - see pictures). This Memory Unit was only released in Japan and is rather hard to find (especially CIB). You can score a loose unit but many times but the CD is often missing (required for operation). This accessory would be an excellent addition for any collector or 3DO enthusiast.

I am looking for $140. As always, offers are always welcomed. If you have any questions at all, please let me know.

    Thanks!

It is sweet - and I kid you not - there is not a blemish on the CD whatsoever. I tried taking pictures of it but the glare was horrible.
