[US] WTT: Almost new 360 120GB Elite

I have this Xbox 360 Elite System that I got back in January (Manufacturer Date 11-18-2009), and really I've played a few games on it, but for the most part I don't really touch it. I honestly feel I would use another PS3 a lot more often, especially for BD movies in the bedroom or my computer room. So somebody out there looking to get rid of their PS3 and pick up a 360 instead?

This system comes complete in box with everything it originally came with except a piece of cardboard from the lower portion of the box an idiot friend took out because he couldn't figure out how to pack up the system. The headset hasn't been used, but taken out of packaging.
I'll throw in a white controller I have with it, but the R1 button is broken on it. I also have a play and charge kit, but the battery was being finicky so I think that's broken, but the cable is good.
It will also come some 360 games, Lost Planet Collectors Edition, Gears of War (assuming I can find the game disc since it wasn't in the case for some reason), and Dead Rising. I will also include the three wonderful Burger King games and the Halo 3 ODST multiplayer disc if you wish otherwise they'll be garbage.



I'd prefer a backwards compatible PS3 system in exchange (preferably not the 20GB due to lack of wireless) for this lot. For condition it doesn't need to be this nice, just so long as it's not scratched up. I really don't even need accessories just so long as I can get a deck I have cables and controllers.
Just as a side note as well if it has firmware 3.15 or older that's a huge plus.

 

I had someone offer me a 120GB Slim with 5 games (three of which I already had). I could possibly take the slim system and the three games I have into a local shop to get the 60GB system they have. Would rather deal with someone else than the store that fired me though. Someone have a bc 80GB?
