*SOLVED* USB Composite / S-Video Tuner

Hi. I have this USB to Composite / S-Video device.

However, it does not give me a picture in most software.

I know it works, because I can use Skype to see the picture being put through.

At the moment, I have it plugged into my SEGA Megadrive, but the trouble is I just want software that can give me full screen.

I have tried many, and none of them seem to 'like' the device. They find it, but do not show the picture through it.

I was thinking of just buying another as there only $6.00 from eBay, but still. I like to use what I have got around me.

It used to work fine with Windows XP on a Pentium 3, but on my Quad-core Windows 7 I dunno. It just does not like something!

    This is it here: http://www.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=136212

    Any ideas?

    *SOLVED*

You have got to be kidding me.

I was going through some programs, and... VLC actually displays it.

The way capture devices worked changed in vista/7. They used a new windows framework/service. Some drivers/hardware combinations may not work well if they weren't "designed for vista/7"
