Usbgdrom trouble, Locks up on sega tm screens

Hey guys im new here and need help with my new usbgdrom. It arrived fast and installed easy with the switch but wouldnt boot gdi files so i emailed the file over it made to mnemo and he sent one back. It then booted games BUT only once...it will boot them once then need powering off for a few hours before it works again. Im so lost at what to do and the long reply waits via email are killing me. Its formatted via fat32 64k clusters(tried others same issue) and tried 8 different hdds and 1 usb thumbstick. All will boot a game once then if you try another or try the same game it freezes on the sega tm logo and stays there forever. Any ideas would be great. If this was the wrong place to post im sorry but im useless with forums

I got the same problem that you with different media hdd La Cie and flash lexar. They can't pass the sega logo screen. The only one works perfect for me is Sandisk usb flash drive 128 gigs. The problem can be just the compatibility with the media vs usb loader.
