It's not that easy. 1. When I used to eat a lot, I was the same weight. High metabolism, connective tissue/bone issues, never drink milk...' 2. I don't get hungry anymore, except in the late evening sometimes... and when I do eat, I feel like shit afterwords regardless of my intake.
OMH you poor thing!! I have the exact same problem... I just don't get hungry... although I try to drink at least one glass of milk a day
I almost punched my friend's girlfriend because she kept joking with me, saying "Man, eat a cheeseburger or something!". She didn't get the hint, aparently, when I didn't laugh all eight times over a month. I'm glad I simply talked to him about it instead. She caught me at a really bad moment that night. I dont discriminate when it comes to violence. I've never punched anyone before. Just sayin, before I get flamed.
sometimes when people start nagging me about how I should eat more, I spit on them. It's pretty effective.
Try sports. Makes me hungrier than anything else. But I don't even need that to eat loads. I like good food, bad food (if it's greasy), any food at any time. Try to eat a Cheeseburger at 3am. Or 3pm. It won't kill you! alecjahn, you live in the US. For Christ's sake, go to a supermarket!! I would kill to be in a US market right now, they always have so many nice things... from cakes to pizza, from cheese maccaroni to a dehumilating offer of different Oreo tastes. :O And then the breakfast... everyday pancakes, bacon, hash browns, buttered toasts, sausages, scrambled eggs, ham... getting hungry while I'm writing this, lol. I can't imagine how anyone in the US can keep his normal weight. I always gain two or three kilos when I'm hitting the states.
That's not good at all... In fact, living in the states gives you plenty chances to eat healthy... And if you don't have a money issue, that's what you should go for. I myself find eating to be more like a chore than a pleasurable activity. There are times when I go to BK with my friends, and I always order a Double whooper. 9 out of 10 times I unwrap the burger and I instantly feel tired because of all the effort I have to make to put all that food in my system. So, as long as you're keeping your weight, and eating all the essential nutrients, it doesn't matter if you're thin, skinny, whatevah they call you. I am an effin walking skeleton. If I was taller and prettier, I could be a model. But since I'm not taller or prettier, I have to settle being "the skinny gamer girl"...
Don't be so hard to yourself though. As long as it isn't unhealthy I think being skinny is way better than obese. I really don't want to dig out that certain grose picture again, but we all know what a "fat gamer girl" looks like and that's nothing a man would pray for, LOL
I don't seee how I could get THAT fat in this lifetime.... If I do, please somebody shoot me right in the head. Please
Were you a guest at a lumber jack convention or a "My Name Is Earl" party? Surely the number of checkered shirts v non-checkered shirts ratio is all wrong.
Actually, my first thought was that Twimfy said a large number of the staff at the bar he worked at wanted to sleep with him. Cool! So, there's a lot of guys in that there image and one gal. Wow! Okay! :noooo:
I miss sports. My heart is fugged up, not only do I get tired VERY quickly because it doesn't work right, but the extra stress could, theoretically, make it explode. Woot. I can eat whatever the fuck I want, and won't gain weight. One of those things. But, that doesn't seem like a good idea so I try to eat healthyish. Became a vegitarian 2+ months ago, which was pretty easy. I do miss some meats, but not enough to break what I've got going! I haven't noticed any changes in my body by making the change in diet... except that I do feel a little better physically and fart more. Haha! I also haven't craved anything sweet in... at least a year... I wish I could eat some cake or brownie or cookie or fudge or chocolate as I know it's all VERY delicious but I just never feel like it. BAH HUMBUG!
