So... this question has been going through my mind for quite some time now... and I feel quite embarrassed to ask, but I figured I rather ask and feel stupid than stay ignorant. How/where do you write/eidt the user title in the forum's profile? With user title I'm referring to the word(s) that appear below the username and above the avatar (the html tag has class=usertitle). Example: User la-li-lu-le-lo has RGB-compatible as user title. I looked through my profile for an option to create/edit this, but couldn't find anything... Or is it something that can only be setup upon request by Mods/Admins?
After the upgrade I lost my user title but was able to do it before... it's a glitch that only ASSEMbler can fix.
Being able to set a custom user title is based on your community standing. As far as I know, there is nothing you can do personally to obtain one. You'll just have to contribute and participate within the forums and hope for the best.
Thank you both for your answers. @HeXiGON I didn't have one before, and I remember checking prior to the forum upgrade and didn't find the option either. @Trenton_net I thought so; however I remember seeing someone with a very low amount of posts (less than 10) with his own user title, and so I thought it was something anyone could setup on their own.
If you go to the "Forum Actions" tab up top, select edit profile, and it should be right there. Well, it is for me anyways, thinking about changing mine... hahaha I've kept it at "Current User Title" for as long as I can remember. xD
It's not there for me, so I guess I'm not entitled to it Not that I really care about having a user title; I was just curious about setting it up. Anyway, thanks for the help, I feel better knowing how it works. ^_^
Just checked it and apparently I can change my title. No idea why some people can while others can't.
Yeah, a VAGUELY remember reading about some sort of requirement. Not sure what it is now... I just spent a few minutes searching the forum and was unable to find a thread about it. =/ I THINK at one point ASSEMbler gave the ability to everyone that participated in the 2009 fundraiser.
