Using CD-R on SEGA-CD

It works, but it will wear out your laser very quickly.

I stand corrected. Thanks for that info actually, I've always assumed using CDR's would screw my Mega CD, I'm now going to use them until something else goes wrong with the unit.

 

I have been using CD-r backups for quite some time now and my Gen2 Sega Cd works just as good as the day i bought it NIB.
