USING Classic Wii controller (GC port) on GC console?

    Well, but can I play Gamecube games on my GAMECUBE using it?

    Yeah, but the Wavebird is far superior in my opinion.

    But Wavebird is just a GC controller with no cables right? I am looking for that classic Wii pad (or a SNES shaped like pad) and I wonder if the Classic Wii pad will have its buttons mapped correctly.

    For what I know, this adapter SHOULD work on a Gamecube, as it makes the Classic pad into a Gamecube pad.

    No fucking clue if it works, but on paper, it should. If I had a gamecube, I'd get an adapter and tell you.
