Using mini-PC as emulator box?

Hi all,

I have a question, and I really hope some of you smartheads can help me with this

I'm thinking of buying a mini-pc to use it as a emulator box with Maximus Arcade. I'm planning on running the following emulators on it: MAME, Nintendo 64 (!), Dreamcast, PS1 and hopefully hopefully PS2/GameCube.

I'm thinking of buying the following mini-pc:

Now my question to you is:
Will these emulators be able to run on this mini-pc without any stuttering?
