V64 doctor junior

ok guys, i pick up v64 junior few days ago, i have complete set of 3 cartriges , i have ibm laptop with paralel port , i have n64 console , so what i can do now ? only play games or ? also where i can find games and how i will load them ?

 

Hello, V64 Junior is a great and usefull equipment. You can do a lot of stuffs with it. But the main goal to have one is to dump games, and especially Dev carts, with some tools developped by people over the world. However, it is not the best/easier solution to load game to play them.

What do you mean by complete set of 3 cartridges ?

 

You can use it to play those few big games the V64 Sr can't

I have some software for it if you need and iirc the cable has to e a certain type (along with the correct settings in bios)

Basic rules for uploading a ROM:
1) Cart in the back has to match the save type used by the ROM.
2) If you aren't using Elim and the cart's CIC doesn't match the one from the ROM, load the LaC's boot emulator first, then the ROM.
3) If there's piracy protection involved, apply patch.

 

ok thanks guys i pick up nice lot and this doctor i get almost for free, i buy 2 ibm laptops also very cheap , so i think this is complete kit now, if i understand well i can download all n64 games ever released on one CD and can play them? also what kind of repair i can do with this kit?

 

i download this fails, so what i must to do now, record him on cd? unzip them then record?

 

can anyone tell me what i need to do with this fails i download from zoinkity and from where i will play games dos or windows and how to do that
