Value of: Matrix Infinity Modchip and Matrix Path of Neo demo disc

Hi there, guys.
I've been trying for a bit to identify the value of these then i ran across the site.
Hope you can help me!

1. Matrix Infinity Modchip for PS2 - Working
The firmware version is 1.2 IIRC


2. The Matrix Path of Neo "Demo only - not for resale"
It has EBGAMES and Atari Italia labels




Also, while we're talking about it, for how much do the PS2 TOOLs usually go nowadays?

You are welcome to use the price check to find out how much something is worth, but don't use it to get around our marketplace rules. If you look in the marketplace, you will see people selling modchips, so you can get an idea of what they go for. If it has a yellow dot, it is likely to be an old firmware, I do believe.

PS2 promos are often worth the same as, or maybe a bit less than, the retail game. Where it's a popular title/series/developer, it may be worth more. Several copies of that particular game sold on eBay for 99p each recently, with £2 shipping.

Several TOOLs have sold on eBay in the $200-300 range of late, sometimes going $20-30 under/over that.

The post you mention was prior to the post requirement for new users, so it's overruled.

You have to have 50 posts and be a member for three months, so you can't use a price check to get around that rule.

I appreciate that, with rules evolving, there are some posts that are a little unclear. We're working on that. Sorry for the confusion!

By the way, I forgot to tell you that your post got caught up in the auto moderation system. It's because you posted pictures, probably. This might mean that, for your next few posts, you might find that they don't appear straight away. If this happens, don't worry - just do nothing! We'll see it in the queue and approve it - it might just take a little time for a moderator to notice. It'll stop happening pretty soon. It's a bit frustrating for new users, but it does a good job of catching the spam bots!

Other than that small point, your post was actually one of the few with the photos that are required by the rules - so thanks for that! We haven't been too diligent when it comes to that rule, granted - but it is appreciated when someone complies

 

I sell brand new (old stock) Matrix Infinity chips with green dot for £15. So unless someone wants the older chip for a collection - less than that I would imagine.
