Value of NES Protos?

I was jsut offered $500 for three of my NES protos. Tetris 2, PacMan and Battletoads/Double Dragon. I was wondering if this is a good price? ANy input would be greatly appreciated.

Are they actually prototypes (not samples)? If so, does the content differ from the production games? If you have samples or production versions, I'd take the $500.
