variable resistance vr501 pce

hello again

Looks like this variable resistance is not in good shape, its the fine tuning of voltage (I think), so it gives some noise-like , move it a little left or right or even just touch it with steel precision screw or press it with bare finger makes the display crystal clear.

I wanna replace it to avoid headaches, whats its value ? 10k ? thnx
