http://www.vdigi.com/ I made a purchase a few days ago, and today i tried to log-in to see the status of my item, since they e-mailed me about 3 times saying that my item is "pending". I never entered a password for the registration process so i was surprised when i was asked for one. Anyway, long story short, I clicked on "i forgot my password" and they sent me a password. now, i use the given password and apparent username yet it doesn't consider it valid. what gives? I made this purchase on the advice of a user on the boards, and since he had dealed with them before, I assumed there was nothing dodgy about this. I can't say i m feeling very confident at the moment that my item will arrive. for reference purposes, the thread that led me to VDigi is this: http://www.assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15605 Has anyone dealt with them before? Is there a solid way to check that they re indeed legit?
update: i was able to log on. The constant strikes of Royal Mail and the fact that my order is "pending" really worry me nevertheless.
