I understand the moral arguments for not suing doctors, especially when everything works out in the end, but when the circumstances surround major malpractice or gross negligence and the patient is permanently injured then I think it is actually the patient's duty to highlight what has occurred, if nothing else than to make sure the doctor does not repeat themselves ever again. Maybe this would help justify it Kevin? Anyway, the best of luck.
