VGA box, which is a good one

I need a good VGA box. I want to hook up my, older game systems to my monitor and projector. I was looking at this one,XCM 1080p Mega Cool VGA Box. Does the up convert? If so, does anyone know how good of a job it does?

Talking of VGA boxes. Is there such a thing as a VGA to HDMI adaptor? I want to connect my DC to the TV via VGA but my TV only has 4 HDMI ports and no VGA. A very odd choice.

Yes, there is such a thing. I don't know how well they work, though. I was actually wondering about that myself. Anyone have experience with those?

Usually a reduced pic is the result unless you can zoom it in correctly.

I have a box which apparently uses the same chipset as this. They are cheap and it shows. Probably better than most internal scalers but still far from perfect.

I am using a Wide Screen monitor. Will this cause a problem?
