VGA -> HDMI Upscaler for Dreamcast?

So I own Dreamcast VGA cable, but my TV or monitors do not have VGA input. I've bought cheap chinese VGA2HDMI box for 8€, but it doesn't work at all (no audio output even). So I would like to know what do you recommend in low-mid price range to connect my Dreamcast to HDMI?

 

I use a clone of the Hammerhead vga2hdmi, the one that doesn't upscale, and it works great with the DC and its peculiarities. My TV is good at upscaling so it's ideal really.

 

No upscaler needed 480p from Dreamcast is so sharp you need this converter....no lag:

I use one VGA To HDMI using the native 480p from the Dreamcast, it works great!
