I caught my wife trying to buy me a poorly done video game embroidered scarf from etsy last year and asked her why she didn't do it herself, well as it turns out the computerized embroidery world is a very "lets rip off old people" thing, charging huge sums for cheap software (that's easy to crack...). This isn't knitting, cross stitching or simple sewing, it was just shitty Mario embroidered on a GAP scarf. So since then I've been working on this on and off and a few months ago finally got something acceptable and thought I would share. This is the 8th attempt, the others didn't turn out this well due to errors on my part.
Just realized how much I actually want an embroidery machine now. I see them all the time and think, "What the hell would I do with that?"
OMG OMG!! If I had one of those machines, and were to have a baby, all the baby's items would be embroided with that sort of thing!!!!11!!
Nice looking pal! My wife's into this instead: http://www.assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25027
