They should've ran all the systems on CRT TV's. I guess nowadays they're probably harder to find than some of the consoles!
Not bad actually, I've seen much worse. They have some treasures there, especially among the vintage stuff (badge & ad collections, boxed 70's hard+soft). I was really surprised to see the Mallet controller for the Genesis lying right next to the console, it's an unlicensed game afterall. I think it's ok that they hooked it up to LCD's though. Most of the consoles look horrible anyway due to the lack of RGB or even composite output. I agree though, personally I'd NEVER hook up anything below 480p to an LCD
Considering the amount it cost them to run the booth there, you'd think they could have afforded a few second hand Sony broadcast monitors with RGB.
Composite on LCDs does look a lot worse then composite on a CRT, especially with older consoles. I generally use the consoles with the best output the machines had, so if they only had composite then that is what they use, but most machines did have RGB, so natch.
