    Also he said he hooked up the video pac and everything is off to the side of the screen, aka not centered well from what I undersstand? Is that an issue with modern tvs that an old tv would work better? I'm mainly buying this to resell but play for a bit until it is sold.

    It's a PAL console, so it may have something to do with the frequency (50/60)
