Vintage Famitsu owners

Hi,

Does anyone have access to some Famitsu (or other non console specific) Japanese gaming magazines from 1989?

I'm also after the CU Amiga August 1998 issue.

sorry, I've only got every issue of famitsu since they went weekly (1990 or 1991, I believe). I think my collection starts with issue 187 or something like that. wish I had the earlier ones.

 

only 2000-2002 any takers PM me

 

I have quite a few from 1986-1991. Do you need information or pics? Or the magazines themselves?

ccovell and jmratkos I'm looking for a feature on the Konix multisystem. I believe there should be a four page spread and that it was possibly on the cover. I don't however know if it was in Famitsu or some other japanese gaming mag. Could you possibly look through and see if can find this feature.
It definately won't have been much earlier than March '89.

I'm only interested in scans, I don't need to deprive you of your collections!

Jesus! How many issues is that? But wow... Awesome. Where do you keep them? How do you store them? Are you ever tempted to pull a Scrooge McDuck?

I've always wanted to track down Famitsu's early issues, when they mainly covered Famicom games (mainly since I'm a huge Famicom fan, and the original coverage interests me).

 

they've all been read once and then are bagged, boarded and boxed up for storage. I think I've got just over 20 boxes now.

I've got a lot of extras (as well as other japanese magazines like famitsu ps2, saturn fan, famitsu dreamcast and the like) that I've been trying to sell off as well. most of my extras are from 1996 and up and all are in excellent to mint condition with any and all inserts that came with the magazines. if anyone's interested, send me a PM.

Sorry, I don't think I have the issue with the Multisystem in it.
