GB Cramp! LOOL!!! I have gorilla hands so I think I'd crush the little %$#@ if I tried to pick it up. The GBA SP was really small in my hands during my teenage years. I actually crushed it one fateful day playing Need for Speed after getting pissed at the CPU drivers for glitching out and causing a massive pileup. And I had bought it new too...
I can't imagine how you could do that accidentally. I could see you ripping the screen off, since the joint where it meets the rest of the unit is probably pretty easily breakable. But the way you describe it sounds like you squeezed the unit so hard it fell apart. You would need vice-grip-like strength to do that.
That I have. I have an ability where I can summon an adrenalin rush just from getting angry. That in turn makes me extremely strong. I picked up a Chevrolet 350 engine block like this once. They weigh 200+ lbs. Or the time I moved a Dana 70 axle single handed. 400+ lbs. Needless to say I was pissed at the game glitch. EXTREMELY pissed since I'd been trying to win the race for 3 hours straight. I finished the GBA off by throwing the busted remains against a concrete wall. Nothing left was hardly salvageable, not even the game cart or battery...
hulk.... smash.... lol been exposed to much gama radiation? prehaps just anger managment although i suppose it could be classed as a healthy though possibly not wallet friendly outlet breaking stuff can be very satisfying and good stress relief like busting a CRT TV / monitor
I rage if a game is just being ridiculous for whatever reason. I always feel bad afterwards thinking I shouldn't let the game get to me like that. It makes me feel better that other people get just as upset. I've thrown a few controllers and handhelds in my time. Hulk no like rubberbanding AI drivers!!!
My cousin used to always throw his controllers at the wall when he got mad at the game he was playing. He must have gone through like 20 PS2 controllers like that. There have been times when I've wanted to throw my controller, but then I think, "Wait a second... these things cost $20... yeah, I think I'll get over it." And then sit back down. I try to keep very good care of my stuff, especially my electronics, so that's a good reason not to get too angry. Earlier today someone posted something on facebook that really pissed me off (something about Japanese people and Pearl Harbor) and to distract myself I went into my room and played some really hard, aggressive rock until I forgot about the asshole. But generally I think it's not worth it to get too angry about stuff, unless you can channel your anger into something productive. Anger just for the sake of anger is pointless, and it hurts you more than anyone else.
Last time I got angry over something stupid I did a random Sega Genesis cart mod. Some of you may remember it having a 40 wire IDE cable coming out the top. Never have done anything else with it since...
So anyway, back on topic here. Even though I have no interest in the PS VITAmin or Sony consoles, I did make note to check during today's Xmas shopping rounds. Full price everywhere I checked. Not sure what Assembler is talking about.
Same here , I looked around yesterday at quite a few places and all full price ... Assembler are you drunk typing?
Man this brings me bad memories from when the Dreamcast started getting cheaper and cheaper... No need to mention how that ended.
Picture a giant blue vagina filled with candy...............................the Dreamcast was nothing like that.
Well went into target today and there were vita games heavily marked down... however someone bought up most all of them and the only left was little deviants for $5...
I got a GB micro when they were cheap. Weren't even on display. I half joked to the gamestop cashier if they had any and low and behold they did. I bought it and have never regretted it.
