Hi Everyone, I'm interested in running a server which might host an FTP, Website, or other services. Does anyone know of a good VPS / Seedbox provider which is reliable? Wish list: 100gb+ Hard Disk Unmetered Bandwith Ubuntu OS Unmanaged No content restrictions or monitoring (As long as what you host is legal) Any ideas? I've seen loads of places, but some of these sites look sketchy.
what kind of price range you lookin at? the one i have is a ubuntu ( you can actually choose from a few different versions) its on a shared gigabit line, and i have a 500 gig hard drive thats dedicated and 2 gigs of ram, bandwidth is unmeetered and the datacenter it is in is in the netherlands
Ah, well I was hoping to pay $30-$50, but given the specs you mention, it sounds like you'll end up paying a lot more. What kind of processor/speed do you get with your service?
Ya, I'm not terribly worried about sharing a box with people. It's more of a price vs space vs bandwith deal.

I am using a seedbox from seedbox.cc... it has Transmission Torrent client running on it. for 8€ I get 1 Gbps Network max 15 transfers at the same time 100 GB disk storage 1 FTP account 1 anonymous proxy account but if you buy 2 months you get some kind of discount I think. If you don't like that site try SeedboxOne (uTorrent webUI). If you want a dedicated VPS try manashost.net seems to be pretty cheap and they told me seedbox is ALLOWED (many other server admins don't want you to have seedboxes on their servers so they supend your account if they find out you use one).
