Wait, how rare was the Resident Evil 4 Collectors Edition?

Because no electronics store in either Nashville (Well, where I go, anyways) and Clarksville got them. Were they in short supply (even thought I am sure it was some preorder deal)

 

Only 48000 made I believe, or atleast that's what I thought it said on my brother's lithograph.

Not entirely sure. If you go by the lithograph then 48000 is the number. However there are more than one lithograph and if they made 48000 of each than the number goes up substantially. In any case it's not worth the price it's fetching on Ebay.

The lithograph on mine says limited to 48000. The games were only available as preorders through Gamestop though, so just because there are 48000+ copies doesn't mean they all made it into circulation...

the gamestop by me has eight of um. i think they said the price was 60 somthing.

It all depends on if you want the extras. Basically, what you're getting is the normal retail version, plus a nifty matted laser litho, a small booklet that tells the story so far in the RE series, and the quality tin. If all of this is worth the extra $10 to you, I'd say go for it. I certainly am not disappointed.
