That's hilarious. And what a loser. Glad I didn't turn into that guy. You would not believe that there are communities out there that write WoW erotic fiction, etc. It's a sad, sad, sad world these days...
There are some very sad people out there! Wanking toa porno, yes I can see that but to a game character :-( Yakumo
someday marriage between a game character and a human should finally be allowed. Turning the power off constitutes murder.
After playing World of Warcraft for a few hours, I still just don't understand how people get addicted to the game. It's boring...
My second and last MMO was Ultima Online. They get so damn boring. They may look good...but thats it. Anyways, regarding the movie, I saw this a while back. The idiot should have at least closed and locked the door. What a moron.
hmm i used to play everquest 1 for a year or 2 and it was pretty much fun but a lotta time demanding but wow doesnt apeal to me in any way i just find the graphics too low compared to whats possible these days (yes i know its massive in size/content) i also dont like the ghapics style but my brother plays it for a long time now (highest leven and was even on top of those ladders or scoreboard whatever they call them) most part its the people you learn aside of the playing ingame (especially they are not limited to nation but global) also get friends outside of the game thats what makes it more apealing i think
The only MMO I've played that I actually liked was Ragnarok Online.. and I think I mostly liked it b\c of it's SNES/Manga style character sprites.
It gets boring if you don't have any friends to form a party or when you get further into it and realize how long it's going to take you to level up. I'll probably play for 1 or 2 months total unless I have plenty of money to afford to spend on WoW. Anyways, that video is hilarious and disturbing at the same time. Slow motion with audio is always very funny too.
I do think its pretty cruel of someone to make a vid of it in the first place and actually put it on the net. You'd have to be a major punk-asshole to do that.
Regardless of the how funny something may be, I'd still feel bad about putting it on the net and embarrasing the crap out of someone. Didn't the Star Wars kid try (or say he was going to) commit suicide for someone putting his lightsaber vid of him up? Suicide ain't cool. Also, in regards to WoW, Bursting in a supposed "funeral" procession and beating people up and creating general chaos, game or not, also isn't cool. I fail to see the humor in some of these situations, because in the end, its just punk-assholes being cruel and thinking they are the pinnacle of hilarity.
Hitler committed suicide because people thought he was a naughty man, shit happens - If one spanks the monkey without locking the door (not to mention to absurd material that isn't even remotely sexual) he should at least expect to be caught and be made an example of. Just like Adolf. PS: any funny situation is always at the expense of a "victim". Sarcasm and self-sarcasm included.
Its rather bizzare to compare a victim of a certain circumstance to a guy who was completely surrounded by people who wanted his head on a stick. Usually it depends on the joke, but I think there are certain boundaries one must follow when it comes to putting things on the internet for the world to see. Its like that arguing over the internet picture. You know some parents would be extremely pissed if they knew of its existence and how some people think its funny to make fun of retarded people. They can't help it. Making fun of stupid or ignorant people CAN BE another story entirely, though. I dunno, I'm more of a person who laughs at things that normally aren't at the expense of other people, because that's rather cheap humor, imo. You can post that German / Swedish girl gif until your blue in the face, but it won't be any funnier than the first time. Internet phenomena also get old fast. I don't see how the Numa Numa guy (Gary Brolsma) gets as much fandom (and fanboy cult followings!!) as he does. Something Awful must be right. The internet makes you stupid, along with other things, such as insensitive, punkish, and generally a fad follower. Anyone who has laughed at Internet phenomena for whatever reason in the past (me included) is pretty dumb. Its almost like its funny and mildly retarded just for the purpose of being funny and mildly retarded. Much like many, MANY internet comics out there, while some are genuinely good and funny from time to time. I may come off as an elitist by saying so, but I don't think everythings as funny as most people make it up to be. Especially internet phenomenas. I could name a few more sites and examples, but I think I ranted enough for a lifetime on this.
I didn't think that video was funny just a sad sod tossing off to a game character. He's a right wanker in the first place for tossing off without even closing the door ! in fact any normal person would wait until nobody was in the house or at least lock the door. Anyway, wanking over a game character is pretty sad no matter how you look at it. not funny, sad ! Yakumo
