I saw this and I thought that it might interest some people here. I am tempted to apply for the job myself. http://www.barbican.org.uk/about-barbican/careers/current-vacancies/bie-exhibition-consultant
Means if you come from some place cheaper (read: just about anywhere else on the planet) any cost of living adjustments are already applied.
seems like alot of travel and hours for the money advertised, especially as they seem to be after someone specialised
Not going to appeal to someone with a long term partner, a mortgage or children but for some young 20 something it could be an ideal job, lots of travelling, meeting new people, playing games and working with some nice people. Although the job spec looks like you do need to have lots of skills all you really need is common sense, a good grasp of english, basic electronic skills and be able to plan. Money is not bad considering you have no bills apart from food.
very true about the lack of bills that will be a huge saving yes if your unattached and don't mind the travelling I guess it would be a nice start
I love traveling and have no ties. But this about planning expos.... not so much about games. Yes, the expo you're planning has to do about games, but is that enough? Cool job though, tempting, tempting....
