Wanted: Gran Turismo 4 "Toyota Prius Edition"

Looking for the aforementioned Game . I'm not sure if it was even the right name.
It was a give-away at japanese Toyota-dealers in 2004, where you could play the game and you could take it home, when you signed a contract for a new, 2004 Toyota Prius.

You had a mini-game driving either a 2001 or a 2004 Prius omn some tracks from the game and a menu where you could watch some promo-movies highlighting the conveniences of Toyotas Hybrid.

I'd consider swapping against a sealed "Ikaruga" for DC or the "Resident Evil 2 Special Edition - Box" which includes the SEALED PAL game, a T-shirt, and two pins....

Is that the same thing as the Toyota Demo ? Y'know, the discs that they gave out for free at auto shows. This demo allows you to drive a Prius or a concept car ( forgot the name . . . ) for a limited time on some tracks. No promo movies as far as I can tell though.

 

Actually it's not the same. There's two Toyota demos that i know:

Gran Turismo 4 "Toyota Prius Edition" - Lets you drive the Prius at Fuji Speedway

Gran Turismo 4 "Toyota 2005 NY Auto Show" - Lets you drive the Prius and a weird Toyota Concept Car at Fuji Speedway

 

Ookay. Now I get it. Funny thing is I got mine from the NY Auto Show, except its from the 2004 show. The disc itself is named "GT Special Edition 2004 Toyota Demo" and sure enough, you can drive either the Prius or a concept car at Fuji Speedway or the Grand Canyon track
( with extra indicators as I can remember ) for a limited time. I was just curious about the "promo movie" thing. Doesn't seem to exist on this demo. Maybe it was only for the Japanese version of the demo. ( could be an altogether different demo though )

I wonder how many GT4 "demos" are out there, I can remember the Subaru booth had a simulator and as far as I can tell, its a GT4 game running inside that "cockpit" of theirs.

The others GT4 demos that i know to exist are:

- GT4 VW Lupo Trial
- GT4 BMW Demo (Let's you drive the 1 series at nurburgring)

 

Bah. GT4 demos are easy to get.

The only demo of the GT Series i care for, is the GT2000 demo.
