WANTED: Someone to build Jaguar to Intellevision/5200/Colecovision adaptor

I saw the schematics for this adaptor:

and it looks awesome but my solder/technical skills really suck nor do I have the time so I want to find someone that will build this adaptor for me. It will allow me to use my Jaguar controller with Atari 5200, Colecovision, and Intellivision.

Something nice and simple then? 24 chips and 48 diodes sound like the circuit could do with some tweaking...

 

I'm gonna:

1) Expect a high price to build this.
2) Doubt you'll find anyone who will.

I'm handy with a soldering iron...but wow...thats just complicated (convoluted) as fuck. I think that if I were to do that, I'd at the least make separate adapters for each controller...to cut down on the ratnestery.
