    Lots of people.
    Would they let you use it on the other hand and be liable for breaking an incredibly long NDA that would leave their reputation in shatters? No.

    I have an acquaintance in Madrid with an account in Wario Land, a developer of Wii, I to recount all the problems that tube to create the account. and long after told me that everything is leased must return to Nintendo once the game.

    Do they really get their equipment back? I mean, I've gotten workstations from Intel, HP, Digital, IBM as loaner equipment but they never came back to get them from us. After 5-6 years, we threw them away.

    If you read the DTL-S4023 docs I posted with regards to PSTOOLS, yes. Hit and miss though, some go back, some go in the bin.

    The materials made available to you by nintendo on WW are linked to you
    via various methods. If someone were to dl and post 3DS docs it would come
    back to haunt them very fast.

    Also, what you see on WW is limited to your license.
