I would like to warn you all about someone I tried to do a deal with here on Assembler. I will update this with his board name, but Adam Foulkes is his real name.

I was in need of money quickly, so this person approached me. Up front he was a bit paranoid about the whole transaction, but I was in a bind, I offered him references of others I delt with, and we did our thing.

First off, there is a lot to grudge about this whole transaction... a lot I was unhappy with, but really isnt of concern here, so I wont go into it.

This person emailed me multiple times a day, and made a threat to undo the paypal transaction when I didnt reply immediately. This is AFTER this guy knew that I was not that accessible.

Needless to say, I have already done shipped the item (Dreamcast Development Kit), and he has reversed the charges on paypal. He pretty much called me a liar and a cheat from day one. I have a whole email transcript if anyone wants to see it.

Stay away from this guy. I was in need of money to keep the IRS at bay, now I have to ask for an advance on my pay just to get diapers for my daughter today... and I have no idea how I am going to catch up on $450.

    Thanks a lot, asshole.

I personally have flogged my crap to adam-james on several occasions and had no trouble whatsoever. He pays quickly is not rude, and as far as I know from your transaction for the dev box the sale was for $100's of dollars and he had barely any replies from yourself which would upset/worry most people. Can you blame him for wanting to claim his money back from paypal if he is $100's down, has had no contact from yourself & had no goods delivered? Calm down & grow up, problems like this should be done in private :smt017
