Title says it all really guys, I've always been a fan of kane and lynch. I've only seen one picture of a console but i don't know it's official or not or if it was just given to devs ect... Thanks
There was these 2 custom consoles that got a bit of attention: http://xboxfreedom.com/kane-and-lynch-custom-painted-xbox-360/ I can't find any information regarding their officialdom or giveaway status.
The link clearly says custom painted so that would leave one to think it was an un-official mod and never done by MS themselves.
Why would M$ paint it? It isn't like it is a faceplate or something which is going to be mass produced. The publisher / promoter usually buys a retail unit off the shelves then comissions an artist for the custom job for the particular promotion. A custom paint job in of itself doesn't automatically mean the art was not sanctioned or requested by IO Interactive / EIDOS / Square Enix.
