no, I didn't ban him. All bannings are visible in the user groups. I have three ip bans total. Four users banned total. I don't know where people get the idea I am banning a lot of people.
You might have to Re Ip Ban Speddy_20. He downloaded some IP changing program and told me about it over the phone.
