Weird MJ's Moonwalker

OK, so i was looking through a polish auction portal, and i found this: http://allegro.pl/gra-michael-jackson-s-sega-i2867109941.html . No Moonwalkers look like that. The seller says its in English, but on the back of the box its all in Japanese. Do you guys maybe know what this is?

I have the same box but the cart looks different i brought like 22 japanese megadrive games of some guy for 50 dollars most had no manual but this is the only one out of that bunch that seemed fake

 

That couldnt be more pirate if it was on long john silvers shoulder.

 

That looks so fake lol. Even I'd know that and I don't collector for Megadrive.
