OK so I installed Lubuntu on this C2D laptop that used to have ubuntu on it, and hibernation doesnt works It took me a while to fix the swap partition that was labeled as "unknown" because gparted didnt work and I used a kubuntu USB to fix it, which for some reason destroyed grub and the windows loader so I had to reinstall both:dejection: And even with all that and finally repairing the swap it wont hibernate, which is weird because it didnt have this problem on Ubuntu Suggestions?
You should probably start looking for a error message on the logs, like /var/log/messages or /var/log/syslog
