Weird PSX 3D Fighting Game

Hey guys, today i've been researching alot of information about this* lately of this Very Very Obscure PS1 Game which was Released Only in Japan (Obviously) and curiously wanted to know if you guys/gals out there have seen or heard of it. Here's my Gameplay Video on it:

 

Reminds me of Framegride for the dreamcast. Looks like a pretty competent game for the ps1, what year did it come out?

 

It's the sequel to the Sega Saturn game "Hyper Reverthion", also a mech game. Steeldom also appeared on the Sega Saturn where it was one of the very few games to feature link cable support for multiplayer sessions.

 

It's in the description but only just the month & year no day yet.

 

It came out on August 30th 1996 for PSX and September 6th for Sega Saturn (2 versions: link cable boxset and separate).

Yep, I own the link cable Saturn version. Quite a cool game but hard to maaster.

 

I agree! (^-^) the problem with me about this game well on the PS1 version is the camera when trying to turn it. Though
other than that it's a very cool game!

 

Wouldn't really call it a fighting game, since it's more like Virtual On to me.
