    It looks like stickers to me as well. The "Powered by HONDA" sticker towards the middle looks like it was applied in a slight downward right slant.

    It's just stickers someone stuck on it. When I was a kid I stuck stickers on my N64. Doesn't mean anything.

    If that SFC was like the Honda F1 team then it would suffer from slow down and crash a lot. Before someone else buys it and slaps some other stickers on it and then it would be faster and reliable. :p
