So I'm having some friends round this weekend and we've set as an unofficial target to find the weirdest movies and video games to weird out an uptight friend of mine (they're game, don't worry). Seriously, they couldn't hack Withnail and I, so we're watching that, but in terms of video games, I'd like some input. For the Saturn, I've plumbed for Sexy Parodius and Cho Aniki. I also have Katamari for the PS3. I also have a Wii, an N64, and a Mega Drive, and an XBox with Coinops on it. Any weird games on those? Particularly Mega Drive. Must be some weird Japanese stuff out there!

If you have a Saturn, I highly recommend this: It's Battle of Iron Chef: Kitchen Stadium Tour, it's not strictly a game as such, but you don't have to tell your friend that... There's a very strange (read NSFW) unlicensed poker game on the Famicom called Alien Battle, but I would imagine that is too weird for 99% of people.
Shame you don't have a 64DD along with your N64. Doshin the Giant 2 basically is a little boy running around peeing on things.

I don't know if it counts as weird, but I have Rex Ronan: Experimental Surgeon for the SNES, and that's not only a horrible game but the whole premise of the game is bad. It's kind of like one of those PSA games, except trying to be more of a game and sucking at it. Indeed. The vBulletin search function sucks major ass.
The adventures of willy beamish. Especially the sega cd remake w/ narration. Tons of dos games have an 80s style surreality which was weird even 25+ years ago. Still is.
