Is it a nice place? Im invited to watch a match by my co sponsors. im deciding if i should make a trip there when im in England, anything to shop around that area? I have just been told moments ago. But what i hope is to Visit Old Trafford instead (for obvious reasons.lol) .
It's been a looooong while since I've been down there, but I don't remember much of interest between the (old twin towers) stadium & the underground station. I certainly don't recollect any shops, although maybe they've tarted the place up since the new stadium redevelopment? (There used to be some interesting architecture left over from the Great Exhibition, but I suspect that a:it's probably gone now & b:it probably wasn't what you were looking for! :110 However, a freebie's a freebie - I'd go!
Yeah the stadium is nice but the quality of the pitch is questionable..if you love indian food you will love the restaurants
im an Asian so indian food no problem for me. Hopefully they give me a good match there. Everton Vs Chelsea perhaps?
If you are watching Everton V Chelsea tonight so am I.....from a private box as it should be and even better with a beautiful woman on my arm  Also Wembley is a hole....avoid it at all costs Just realised you are probably talking of The Cup Final
Well the view from the box (at the end of the match) And from my seat Not bad for NADA and got a couple of great goody bags with loads of nice Chelsea stuff!!
wow thats nice.. The views, anyway my country soccer league matches.. barely 2000ppl come.. sucks.. amature football.. people here embrace the EPL, Serie A, La Liga.. i think the way they play disgust me big time. The field sucks, the stadium sucks..
Wembley itself? Nah, not much to see there. I'd hardly say it was somewhere you'd go for a shopping trip if you're a tourist. The new stadium is very impressive, though, especially the arch, which can be seen from all over London. Get in and get out, is my advice.
