Have you ever had one of those weeks where nothing goes right? Two days ago I fell off my bike and hurt my side which gave me a shocking pain everytime I put pressure on the right side of my stomach. Yesterday I was with the doctor for 1 hour. We took X-rays and found out that I have fractured one of my ribs. We also found out that I have bronchitis (-_-) My rib will mend in about one month. Until then I must wear a chest band under my clothes. I feel like an old man. Got pain killers and so on but they don't work. Now to make it worse the place where I'm working this week has a Japanese style toilet which mean I can't take a dump because I can't bend or crouch. There's nothing worse than needing a dump when you can't :smt009 Tonight I've just been out bid on a Divers Series Dreamcast that I've been winning all week ! I sure hope that this isn't going over seas :angry

hehe been there with the ribs, infact 1 of mine is sluightly out of place from a crash as a kid. Learning to walk twice in a year for different injuries also kinda sucked hehe. I've had plenty of those weeks, then again broken bones is nothing special to me anymore

Wow, I'd hate to be you LeGIt. I havea mate that's always in the wars like you.

Yeah, got a job last December. I'm working in 4 different goverment run schools helping out the teachers with their English lessons. It's also a great way to practice Japanese. One of the schools has this new ALT who's a right prick though. I think he'll be getting the sack after his trial is up.

I had a stretch of bad luck back in 2001 where everything possible evil happened. Long story.

Anyway, I hope you get better soon, mister Yakumo.

well they were saying monday was the worst day of the year...based on some scientific formula or something.

  9. ...The best way to think of things that appear to be going bad is to step back and consider that there's bound to be people around the world that are far worse off than yourself.

Actually thinking that there are people worse off really depresses me, I don't know why.
Maybe I'm an over-sensitive sissy. But i'm generally optimistic, so I don't know

BTW, mister OldEngineer, you are a fan of "The Smiths", are you not?
(You've quoted them three times on your last sigs)

  11. Yep, sure am m8.

...if you ever get depressed just bung on a Smith's track and brighten up your day, it works for me :smt023

Yup, I had all their singles and many other of their works constantly on my playlist quite regularly in very depressive or very sarcastic days.
Then we had a radio hour in college where we usuallly programmed goth or electrodark (VNV Nation, Clan of Xymox, and such), but we usually had one or two programmes each semester dedicated exclusively to Morrisey and company.

Great music, great lyrics. I'm a fan as well.

omg, dude, you said it.... there truely is NOTHING worse than having to poop, and not being able to... Its an absolute nightmare... I cannot stand that... Once i was stuck in gridlock traffic (literaly just stoped) and having to go BAD, and there was smply no possible way it was going to happen... and no possible way in the forseable future... It was getting so bad that I was gagging (i guess after a certain point you body just has to expell something)... By far the worst experience in my life.... But when i finaly got home, I lit some candles and put on some slow music because I was making love to the toilet for a good 45 minutes... Ironicly enough that was one of the best sensations ive ever experienced, better than sex..

I met the man once as you knpw he lives in the states,

Like the balance of the smiths cds, he latest cd was great. The title:""morrisey you are the quarrey" confused the fuck out of most americans as they have no idea about proper english...

Don't feel old. A friend of mine I work with is in better shape than just about anyone, and he cracked a rib surfing. You basically can't do anything for 6 weeks until it heals. Bummer. And I know about the dump thing. The cleaning crew here seems to coincide their bathroom sweep when my dinner is ready to leave. Unlike Japan, and I can't just walk in and take care of business regardless of who's there.

I'm sorry Yak. That really sucks. This week wasn't the greatest for me either. Some lady hit my car and left a good sized dent in the passenger side door, and well let's just say she drove away. :angry
