What about Fx-Fighter?

Was it really developed? i remeber a lot of talk and pics before it was quietly canned...

any pre-release ever made?

any prototype? or it was just a Hoax?

Are you talking about FX Fighter for the PC-FX?

Or the SFC version with the Super FX chip?

It never made it out for the SNES, but a PC version did surface:

Oh god, I had that game for PC. I remember hearing about it for SNES, it never got too far I think.

 

I've got a few "upcoming previews" NEC catalogues somewhere in boxes. There was one that had a lot of PC-FX stuff... well... what the PC-FX would never be. They had a couple-page spread on FX-Fighter. I actually scanned it in really high res and sent them to Aaron Nanto... not sure why he never posted them.
