No, the matching service games featured some sort of only play (probably defunct now). SFIIX looks cool, and with regard to PAL games, Shenmue II is supposed to be very good as well.
segagaga is usless unles you can read japanese, as are the sakurawars games.. there are a lot of other Jap games whihc are much more playable and fun than these, Shooters Border Down Ikaruga Psyvariar 2 Zerogunner2 Shikigami no shiro 2 Chaos Field Rez Arcade / puzzle Cosmic smash Sega tetris Puyo puyo fever Space channel 5 pt2 Musapi choco marker tokoyo bus guide Plus there are hte capcom beatemups and the later King of fighters, all of the above easily playable if you dont know the language
