What did you get for Christmas ?

This wasn't a bad year at all to me, from my family I got lots of summer clothes (which I really needed :110 and the money to get a driving license in the next months.

I also gave to myself a new phone (A Sony Ericsson W580i, it's not TEH phone but it makes things done :033 and a 1GB GeForce 8500GT (In an unbelieveble deal I already mentioned).

 

I got $100 and two pairs of pants.

 

a book, a bluray movie, some money, nothing special.

but i had a really relaxed christmas, which is worth much to me!

Whats wrong with japanese wii games?

I refuse to buy games from my region as they are overpriced & half the stuff i like never gets released outside if japan anyway. The wii games selection in the uk is flooded with shit games about horses cats & dogs, seriously how many damn horse games can one girl want LOL

As for me, nope im not japanese, im english & yes i can read some japanese. Not as much as i'd like but enough to let me play japanese games without much of an obstruction.

 

I got some clothes, some power ranger stuff. some giftcards.

My grandma got me a case of V8 juice (I love the stuff...) and $100.

Combined with my money and Christmas money, I also got a device that hooks into the cars cigarette lighter that you can hook an Ipod into, and it plays the music in the cars stereo system...I never have to burn another audio CD again! And I also bought Left 4 Dead and a Colossal Red Dragon statue.

I had a pretty Merry Christmas. I MIGHT have gotten a gift card for Gamestop from my Uncle, but haven't gotten it yet. If I don't get it I don't care, I've got lots of goodies already.

I got a box from Japan containing nori, dried shredded daikon, lots of daifuku, a red bean and mochi desert (just add hot water) and some sweets from Ibaraki. Also a toy stuffed australian bird and some chocolate.

 

The only things i got were some cash from my dad, and a Cleveland Cavaliers ( US pro basketball team) beer mug from my little sister. Other than that everything else i got were christmas presents i bought for myself. Oh yeah, i also got a red ring on my 360 for x-mas, lol.:lol:

 

I got cash, really cute clothes, a Sega CD, some games including Lost Odyssey and Dezaemon 2 (Saturn version), and other cool stuff

I sold an old laptop and used the money, along with some extra from the wife to purchase myself an Advent Netbook (well I say myself, but the wife bought it for me). It's not top of the range and I am sure there are other, better netbooks available, but the wife was out on Christmas Eve at 4:30pm looking for one so I shall cherish it!

Anyway, it means I am no longer hauling a large laptop with me up and down to London. This slips into a neat little case (like a sleeping bag) and actually has very little weight to it. With 160GB HDD and 1GB memory, plus a pretty decent screen I am going to stuff it (and a tiny portable HDD) with a pile of films to keep me company.
